Cancellation

Please read this policy carefully as I use up my free time to provide this service.

Cancellation, No Show and Late Arrivals Policy

• I require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
• If less than 24 hours notice is given, the client pays 50% of the session cost.
• If less than 12 hours notice is given, or the client fails to show up to an appointment, the client will pay the full session cost.
• Late arrivals will not be extended beyond the time of the scheduled appointment and the client will pay the full session cost.

I am able to provide a written copy for you to sign if you prefer.

When requesting a booking through my website, when you use the contact form and select the 'Agree to cancellation policy' checkbox on the contact form you are consenting to the points laid out on this page.
